Depends on the level you're attempting. I've yet to complete normal lvl 30, but I've completed hard lvl 18. So...a bit more than half of what you've done on normal?

You need to complete campaign 1 to unlock hard mode.

Ah, my mistake...I was talking about 'challenge' mode.

Don't even bother with it right now, there doesn't even seem to be any actual rewards for doing challenges and many require units you probably don't even have if you just started.

OK I'm enjoying this but long trm it seems like the premium currency tickles in worse then FKG - call it 150 - 200 a month

A basic 10xroll is 1000 to guarantee a rare - a maiden which could be a duplicate and a handful of gems is 500, or it could be a good equip true, but 500 or 5,000 for a guaranteed legend - assuming I'm about right on crystals then thats' 25 months worth of savings....

So, for the longer term players how does the crystal income shake down, is this going to be stupidly pay hungry?

My gut feeling is you're on the low side for currency, there 3 quests per day* (well, 24 hours, but cooldown starts when you finish one), each giving 5-25.

That said, I'm fine with fremium games forceing you to spend money if you want the best stuff. The real question, in my mind, is *if* that guaranteed legendary is a maiden or not.

I don't mind spending, but I only spend on "guarantees". We already have the item pull if I want a guaranteed legendary item.

Unfortunately you might not be able to complete some of those quests. I already had to skip 2 because they were unaccomplishable because they required marksmen maidens.

There is no legendary maiden guaranteed as the gatcha that has the maidens has both equipment and maiden. Though the equipment only one is rather nice because once you get all the maidens, you only get crystals for duplicate maidens, which is not hard to farm. With a item only gatcha, you can at least get legendary rarity equipment, which have terrible drop rates from farming and some pieces can't even be found as a drop yet.

I would assume they're maidens you can get in the future. It would be weird if they didn't already have some ready to go for upcoming events or something.
