Gem packs when the token is offered as a bonus.

The tokens are paid-only, gotten by using real money to buy a gem pack of a certain size when the tokens are being offered for sale.

I hacent been able to load up the game all day. It just says maintenance and error. Any ideas?

It's up now...but my progress has been reverted to where it was a couple days ago, and they awarded us some gems as "Maintenance & Rollback Compensation". So it looks like there was an unplanned maintenance and a major loss of progress. Which stinks pretty hard, especially since I ground up 300+ jellyfish yesterday. On the bright side, they gave out 3000 gems (enough for a 10-roll) and the event has been extended by 4 days.

This is ridiculous. I had earned enough items to unlock the event girl, and now because of that error they had with maintenance and erased player data, the girl in no longer unlocked and i can't repurchase her since it keeps saying sold out... anyone else experience this?

Did the discord channel get it fixed for you?

Nope. Not yet... And I posted my ID in the right chat the game said.. so far it's been a couple days and nothing has changed <.<
