She does have the multi-turret passive, but it's not as good as it sounds. I forget where I looked it up before but it's something like 10% primary target damage to up to two secondary targets. But hey, that's still more than most heavies get.

She's got a nice long active. Twenty seconds +55% armor and 60% attack speed. What's funny to me is that her special explicitly states 'Usable once per battle.' like that doesn't apply to literally every other heavy/pseudo-heavy's active skill. So you need 45% base damage reduction to shrug off non penetrating damage with her and she has a base armor of 123. So you need to add about 87 armor. Your average 5 star armor emblem will get you 67 or so, and you can get a minor %damage reduction modifier to make up the difference.

Simply having a long defense active probably makes her a better 'pure' defensive meat-shield than Object, but since Object's active doesn't rely on defense you can invest that emblem slot in evasion or something and not suffer for it.

In other news, I got a M48 Patton running Ocica. So I have my first ever five star drop. Figurative champagne all around. It's too bad she has Valor as her active, but she's a nice tank otherwise.

It's actually pretty easy to get to use Chieftan or Conqueror's skill twice in a match. You're pretty much guaranteed to get the chance to do it with good use of the Defense lieutenant skill as long as an enemy Seren doesn't show up in a bad spot.

The other re-useable skill, Fortress, has way too long a cooldown though and it's extremely rare to get to use that twice before the tank that has it dies.

She looks nice would like to se her story and Hscene, but costs 7 points. I aint using that, so other than collection, there is no reason to get her.
Will hold onto my blueprints for now I suppose.

Congrats! I bought her when she was in the research slot. I think you'll enjoy her story as it breaks from the 'tee-hee, I screwed up, let's fuck'/'tee hee, I have a rivalry, let's fuck' molds.

Good to hear. Unsure what tank she'll eventually replace at this point. Sakura, maybe.

From the respective Gacha in the shop and playing the world tiles.
During events there are special deals in the Event shop where you can exchange event currency for random emblems.
And then there is Ocica - which has the chance to drop High Tier (4-5) emblems and tanks. Its a very small chance though.
I think I got one 5* Emblem from Ocica, so far, no 5* tank though.
