haha nice thread. I think the writing quality in PS is way more offensive than the word. I suspect that it does very well with non-native English speakers, who can't really tell it's shit and 14 year old boys

I'm a little hesitant to throw accusations of homophobia around over lone statements, since it's impossible to really know what the creator(s) feel. One also should keep in mind that the views of a character don't necessarily reflect the views of the writer... unless they're a bad writer, and this game doesn't exactly sound like anything profound or even worthwhile. Certainly not worth bringing up the issue.
It's also not worthwhile to take offense at people being offended...

The writers are Russians, so it might be hard for them to write subtle sexual stuff in English... but no need for offence if it's just bad writing skills.

If Nutaku were to drop this game it should be because it's an asset flip. Offensive dialogue is a none issue as you don't have to play it if you don't like it.
