I've put some bucks in to reach VIP 5, but I'm not having any of the bonuses, it says "not active", anyone knows what's wrong ?

The problem is that it's an enormous scam. VIP time is extremely limited. Sounds like yours expired. You've got the mine unlocked but VIP time itself is not worth IRL money.

I've reached 19lvl but cant seem to level up to 20, when i evolve my cards only my rank goes up. Constantly getting reckt by people who are 20 or more (with 1 additional hero power) in 16league. Any ideas what i've gotta do to progress to 20?

Warlord level is measured by highest might achieved with the 8 cards that you use in battle. Basically, swap out everything for the highest might and you'll get the option to level (don't worry you can swap back to whatever deck, the option will still be there).

Btw, someone know how non-nutaku android version saves data and how to change device?
