Managed to do it. Have to start with TNT and build up a line at back and mid behind the tree (2nd from bottom). If he plays Toad down bottom and doesn't use Chernemor until later, you can have a line ready to kill it within 2 turns. Then do high hp monsters like Goliath in the front lines so they can survive, otherwise he will auto-use spike skill. When he plays Chernemor he will always play it in your ranged lane. Focus everything on it and use your abilities when other lanes get too heavy. Managed it without him using his first skill.
