Can't even play this anymore. Keeps tellong me O don't have an internet connection. Tried a few but haven't been able to make it work. Guess this is where this ends for me.

clear cache and application/plugin data should work after hit ctrl+f5 too

Is the support even working ?
I've put some bucks in to reach VIP 5, but I'm not having any of the bonuses, it says "not active", anyone knows what's wrong ?

The problem is that it's an enormous scam. VIP time is extremely limited. Sounds like yours expired. You've got the mine unlocked but VIP time itself is not worth IRL money.
