Long version:
http://www.gdcvault.com/play/1016417/-100-000-Whales-An
TL;DR:
Monetizing almost everything heavily. If it exists, you can pay to speed it up or to get more of it.
Also making everyone get into money fights against each other both directly and indirectly. DIrectly, note that one of the events has a ranking meter for who spends the most. Indirectly, there's an arena and guild wars and whatever else where, given how nearly EVERYTHING ELSE is monetized, will be primarily based off of who pays the most money.
Also, constant pressure to spend more from events. Note the event which gives you rewards depending on how much you spend in total for a week.
Hell, they even have an event where you're rewarded based on how much you spend each DAY (and it's not a small amount).
Also, constantly releasing new servers so the whales jump to the new one hoping they can be top dawg because they failed to be top dawg on the older server, and being at the top basically makes the strong get stronger from the hefty arena awards given out (which are hefty to encourage people to spend to beat each other no matter what the cost because of the rewards at stake). Sure, they only have one server NOW but the fact that there's a server selection screen at all shows their intent on the matter. Of course, while this makes whales constantly restart over and give the company more mone, it's devastating to the player base because it ends up dividing them all over the place across multiple servers as time goes by.
I'm pretty sure Facebook took that monetization model from China and it originated there from what I recall (I've been tracking this sort of thing for as long as F2P existed, but my memory isn't flawless). The F2P businesses at China have become absolute masters at psychologically getting people to spend money with various designs that are detrimental to the game itself (and as per the R2games presentation in that link, which is an actual investor presentation made by a company that uses this as a business model, they are aware it hurts the game and player base retention and game life span but don't care because it makes them more money in the short term).

Combat gameplay was almost completely stolen from Chain Chronicle.
I will play it casually until I get bored with it or the grind gets too silly.
At a glance the requirements to make a 6* girl are fairly ridiculous (Sacrifice several fully evolved 5*).
I can give a pretty extensive opinion of this game. For two reasons:
-The first reason is because this game is a clone of many games on googleplay/appstore (think heroes charge and all its copies).
-The second reason is because I heavily exploited a bug (think infinite "real money currencies"). I obviously ended up banned, but I was able to test many things. It was fun to be in the whale place for half a day.
Basically, the game has no interesting mecanics. As said above, no H-scenes, just load screen picture. The game is so P2W that is ridiculous. Few figures:
-Once you are VIP 9 or 10+ (don't remember), you unlock a new summoning place. There, you can get OP 6* for the very cheap sum of ~25000 gems (6000 gems is 100$).
-You can pay 3200 gems for a 10 equipment draw with one guaranted orange. It's nice. However, you need set pieces (because set are OP), so you will have to spend a lot. Bad news, Orange is not the last tier. If you fuse 5 orange, you get the yellow tier (still with sets, ever more powerful). Oh wait, it doesn't stop here, you can cuse 5 yellow to get a red items.... still with sets....... And you can fuse 5 red to get a brown tier (still with set). I didn't try if you could fuse 5 browns to get something even more ridiculous, but I already spend over 1 million gem (If I had to pay that, it would be around 17000$) to get 2 browns pieces. I didn't manage to get a full red set for this sum.
And as TiamatRoar said, the game pits players against each other everywhere (except for the main pve stages, which are the farming spots, basically). You don't pay? You are screwed. Completly screwed.
The gameplay is very limited. Ultimate skills charge up, you can use them, and... that's pretty much everything. You can slightly move characters throught rows, but that's all. Goals are always "kill everyone", there is no redeeming and interesting mecanics (unlike, for instance, magic rush which had an interesting TD and world map mecanics for a heroes charge clone).
The stamina regen is pretty much ridiculous (You get one stamina every 8min, the lowest stamina use is 5, so you have to wait at least 40 min between two stages (40s each).
And again, no H-scene. If the game had that, it would have something worth playing. But no.

Good Lord, this makes Crystal Maidens seem like smart game development.
Would have thought they'd release along with the h content.
Played for a bit, but... hard pass.
Load screens = H? Seriously? The primary reason for a mobile game is something to do when waiting on the computer to process stuff at work. Which obviously means *any* H content has to be walled off/opt in. Having H content show up on loads is a non-starter. I'm not getting written up/sent to HR/fired over a mobile game. Not happening.
I do agree that the load screen H stuff was a bad idea. So I hope they reverse that after the real content is added in.
Started playing this game for 2 days and I seem to have fond playing it. (Not to mention there's Pokemon parody on this game)
BTW, I'm confused about these Equipment color.
