Ahh, there's the catch. You need to know which girls need them, and how many they need because you need to have that girl selected to get them for that girl, which make 'em tricky to get in advance. So yeah, better off stockpiling.

Getting them for Raquel is giving me credit for both her and Annabelle at the same time for the jump from level 6 to 7 on both. But yeah save tickets until you get a requirement for them from a girl.

Based on some posts on discord, its better to save gacha tickets for when you get the requirement for mementos than getting it earlier for the girl since it doesn't seem it will count if gotten beforehand like I assumed. I'm not 100% sure though since responses have been a bit weird but best to be safe.
