The succubus girl appearing is a thing for when you first start and it helps you do things quickly. Originally she would disappear as a feature when you unlocked Raquel, but I don't know if they changed it since launch to be different for when she disappears.
Long story short, she's not supposed to stay so you're not seeing her anymore because you aren't supposed to.
