Well yeah it is downloadable. It is a mobile game, so it would have to be downloaded to be played.

It's prereleased. And from the very first look (the minigame while downloading) it looks closer to the chinese version than the japanese one. Will confirm/infirm/add additional information.

The only version prereleased was the android one. You can play it with bluestacks/now/your phone/tablet.

The system is different from both mobile version.

-No VIP system
-Only few characters have fragments now (it means Gacha is required for most of the characters)
-However, we get 120 diamonds per day, the gacha is 600, but there is (almost, and only for 3*) no more fragment in gacha. We get a roll per 5 days (minimum) and there is a guaranted 2* after 10 rolls.

The system is fair enough. No backstab from Nutaku. A F2P player should be able to get all characters. However, I hugely recommand getting at least 300 nutaku gold on a new account for the 3000 diamonds deal if you connect every day for a month.

Where can you download it?
I check both mobile games and downloadable games and it wasnt there.
There is still only pre-registration on nutaku as far as I could find.

You need a VPN to canada (hence the prereleased and not "released") to access it (but it's not required to play).
