What is a loot boxes,there is no loot boxes in gift shop

The "loot boxes" is just a general term that players use to refer to the following items:
At the gift shop (the lower half) you have three chests... A gift chest (green), a fine gift chest (blue) and a classic gift chest (purple). These chest can randomly drop the hearts depending on their rarity (for example - the green gift chest drops the crystal heart (rarity = green).

My girlfriend is having issues getting into the game. A message about an event update being live, I believe, returns directly after clicking "confirm". There's no way around it. Anyone else having this problem or does anybody know what's going on?

Most likely the game has been updated, but Nutaku hasn't uploaded the new client. There's nothing you can do until they put up that new build.

Well, version checks out, both game and download are 1.6.1. So there doesn't seem to be an issue there.

Where do I get a infatuation heart? Plzz help

Which shop.sells the chests, im not seeing them.
