on every mission screen there is a star with an "Exclamation"-Mark. Click on it and it shows you the conditions for unlocking the stars.

I’m getting the message “Data exists in account” whenever I try to log in. What’s going on and how can I fix it???

Dunno any permanent fixes, but it'll usually let me log on after closing and reopening it, maybe a couple times, when that happens.
