So I just finished up Sandra's story chapter 1 and the picture breaks continuity. You are doing Mindy in the cooch but she only does anal to preserve her virginity (which I've always felt was a stupid loophole). Is it weird to care about these sorts of details in a porn game?

You were assumed to have already completed Mindy season 1 by time Sandra even released. The continuity is fine, you're just not seeing it in order.

Yeah, it is weird answering questions for characters when they're out of date. Like I kept fucking up questions for Tamiko about things that were happening while going through her 2nd season.

I've finished all season 1 scenes of all girls, all photos are unlocked (171 photos and animations including events and advantures), all events have been finished. I have nothing to do now because I have to buy second seasons of the girls by 350 gems each but I have only 330 gems. It's impossible to collect that amount of gems. I will no longer continue playing this game. Such a shame.

I've unlocked 4 2nd seasons completely free, but you do you. I would suggest at least showing up for events, if you like the game.
