I'd say better odds it's a conversion of Chinese game by a Chinese company that DGAF about Ark Systems copyright, as China pretty much doesn't acknowledge foreign IP rights. Though Ark can probably go after Nutaku as publisher. (So, probably something you may want to let Nutaku know about)
