    Times in SS (For newbies)

For anyone new to SS and wondering what's up with the times, the developers of SS aren't all that good with time calculations, and there's some bugs in the game around it.

    1) The second free energy states it's available from '8 to 11' but it's really '8 to 10', leaving a gap between 10 and 11 AM in the US (your local time varies) where it displays the 3rd energy as available (but won't let you get it) and charges for the second (although it should be available).

    2) The game doesn't really do daylight savings time. So, as we recently switched in the US, the times are all off. So the game resets at 3AM CST instead of 4AM CST, second energy drink becomes available at 7AM to 9AM instead of 8 to 10, and the third at 10AM instead of 11AM.

Not sure how the game handles the other time zones, I think it's skewed the same way for all US time zones, but your mileage may vary.

    Rokuemon's Event

Anyone know what this is? I do the silver Neko thing every day, but I have no idea if it's actually useful or not, I have no idea what that event is...

The silver neko is for an awesome event that sadly only appeared once. Hope it will come back one day.

The time is based on a constant GMT-5 and does not factor daylight savings time changes, so of course CST is off by one hour, since CST is GMT-6... that's normal. During daylight savings time all the local times are bumped forward one hour, which is why you thought your times were 'correct' then, since at that time you were GMT-5.

Still doesn't explain the 1 hour gap where you can't get 11AM or 8AM.

    But does explain the rest.
