The banner when it was available showed that it was only going to be from 13/02 - 20/02. I had hopes that they might make it permanent after that time had elapsed, especially since the silver Maneki Neko and Food Event team have been part of the game since the beginning, but I guess the devs have their heads firmly stuck up their collective asses. Heck, the Christmas event they doubled rewards for second week it ran, but so far nothing like that with this one. I'm sitting on my energy drink stash hoping they might eventually enact that again, but looks like not. It seems they're more interested in bilking as much money from players from Limited gachas as possible than actually doing things that players want or would improve the game.
