Is there any way to pass this one event mission with a sub-par team in nightmare? With all the buffs the boss applies each time she attacks it becomes impossible to even clear the first row of enemies

Who is Uesugi Ayako?

Her soul crystal appears in the roulette on floor 25 of Infinity Castle. As you can see I got one, but she is nowhere to be seen in my Battle Soul catalog? :S

The staff using girl with long black hair and a white dress. Reported a while ago but still not fixed, they say she's summonable if you get 60 crystals
