On the info button it's said the event can be access on every Thursday 11.00-13.00 GMT-5 so I'm on time and it's Thursday but can't do anything at the event there is just a grey button and score board with the "Defeated" on the Maya

sry if the question is too silly but I'm never do anything to get deep in the content of the game but now I thought this event is interesting but I can't access it
I'm only do the routine things like use all energy free gacha daily quest like that so I really don't know anything ((
