    Is normal for the expert Wind raid boss to be inmune(or with too high resistence) to Afflictions?

    Yup, that one's notorious for it. I actually run it quite a bit with my Mortred team, and I only once got the Burning status to land on it (this afternoon actually) out of all the times I've fought it.
