have a few R i dont really plan on using so wondering if i should just fodder them or if they have some scenes i can look forward to.

I have some R Eidolons lvl30+, none of em have any scenes

Only SSR Eidolons have scenes, oh and Diabolos who is SR but she is a special case being a story character and all.

4* Rs are better than 1* SR from my testing, and are infinitely more available.

They are better stat wise since it's easier to break limit them but in terms of actual usage, it will vary on what SR you have as R eidolons do nothing but attack with fairly weak elemental attack. SR eidolon attacks actually have effects which is where you can benefit more using them.

I have a Darkness (highest attack R eidolon) fully break limit'd but I stopped using her because the lack of utility despite having higher attack than most zero break limit SR's I do have. Though you'll most likely have all SSR event eidolons if you play long enough.

4* R is better than SR, yes, but not worth bothering. If you've been doing events and uncapping SSR Eids, you'll probably be dumping all your enchanting fodders on them leveling them up. Within 7 events (1-2 month+), your entire Eid Grid will be filled with Event SSRs.

It's temporary, yes, but I'm at the very edge of viable in Ultimate. It's absolutely necessary right now.
