Farming for 2nd tier holy stone

I have excess 1st, 3rd and 4th tier of holy stone but not the 2nd tier, you guys know whats the most efficient way to farm it?!?

Convert your daily 1st tier stones to the second tier. 3 of them makes one tier 2. Once a day.

I think they're also fairly abundant on 15 AP elemental quest?

Oh I see thanks, have been doing the 3rd tier sp and not the 2nd
