Daily Quests are a mechanism to earn small bonuses. The quests seen so far are variations of

times 5 or 10.
The Quests are daily in the sense of you getting one per day on a 24h cooldown. The cooldown starting when getting the quest. You have to log on to get a quest.
You can have three Quests active and can claim the reward, once the quest is fullfilled - or later.
You get a reroll on 24h cooldown. The cooldown starts, when rerolling. You can reroll any quest. Even completed quests.
