There are 6 studios to film your girls. This has nothing to do with the filming of scenes while unlocking and completing a girl. Only completely unlocked girls can be filmed here.

The first three are unlockable in each incarnation with money. The other three are unlockable via diamonds and stay through resets.

Filming a movie allows you to increase the stamina of the girl and put movies sold into businesses to increase money income.

Higher studios are better for increasing stamina and movies sold. Obviosly. The films sold are dependent on the stamina the girl has and the studio bonus. The exp or stamina a girl gets per studio is 500, 625, 750, 1000, 1500 and 2000 with 10 hour sessions.

Filming takes 1, 5 or 10 hours and is not skippable by diamonds. You can pause the filming to free energy temporarily. It costs 2, 3 or 6 energy depending on filming time. Better energy/result ratio with longer filming time.

Each film has to be done on one of the positions a girl knows. The stamina of the girl is the sum of all lvl of all positions. The game preselects the position with the lowest level.

Max Positions are 14. Every girl after and including Indira knows 14 positions.

The stamina of all your girls added together is your own stamina for challenges.

The higher a girl's stamina, the more she gets from training her stats. Increase is not linear. Meaning: double stamina will not get you double training. Rough estimates for 4h stat training based on stamina are Stamina * 25.9 + 1200 if stamina < 200 and Stamina * 4.8 + 5400 if stamina > 200 and < 400. Stat gains will still grow with higher stamina, but it slows down more and more with higher stamina.

<NOTE: This formula seems to have changed ... The new formula is either not linear, or there are a lot more break points. Example: 1 girl at 384 is 7140, and another at 425 is 7262, another at 500 is 7457, another at 515 is 7492, following the math, it looks like the number is around 2.9 between the first two, and 2.6 after 400.
Note reply:
The estimate formulas are not exact. They were made by trying out values in a spread sheet. And values of less than 400 stamina. If you postulate that the formula is t=s*a+b you can get a and b so that for your data points most of those points are rather closely predicted with the estimate formula. It is not known if there is a formula. Probably just an arbitrary spreed sheet server side. But the artificial diminishing return with growing stamina hits you bad at around 200. If it really is a formula, it probably is not of the form stat gain = stamina * multiplier + constant

When the lvl of a position gets higher and higher you will reach a point where multiple sessions are needed to lvl up.

Notable Milestones are

LevelMultiple 10 hour filming sessions required to increase stamina
41Studio 1
46Studio 2
49Studio 3
56Studio 4
65Studio 5
70Studio 6
84More than 8 times Studio 1 or more than 2 times Studio 6 needed

Some estimates

Filming 14 times (one week twice a day with 10 hours)

StudioLevel after several weeks of filming
136,49,55,62,66,70
239,53,60,66,70,74
343,56,64,81,84,86
448,61,69,75,80,83
555,69,78,83,88
661,75,83,90

This is of course per positon. If a girl has 14 positions and you filmed her for 14 weeks, she should have a total stamina of 850 with studio 6 or 600 with studio 3.
