Akuma's outfit is similar to Akaza, just with darker color scheme, same for his tattoo. His hair is black which is probably based on Akaza's hair when he was still a human. Like Akaza is an extremely bloodthirsty demon, Akuma is a very aggressive sexual demon, and both craves strength.
