Unlike All Might, he has brown hair but lacking the parody source's upward bangs. All Mastery's costume find the color scheme of GH instead of American flag like with All Might. Unlike All Might who's muscular form is just his empowered state and not his actual appearance, All Mastery huge figure is his real form and he doesn't have a weak body.
