About: "Domination Through Cards" is a technique that Ander has developed to subdue dangerous criminals and demons in which he traps them in erotic games of chance where no one other than himself has ever been able to come out on top. Most likely because anyone who plays against him doesn't really want to win.
Ander has red head and his outfit is blue rather than black. Like Luxord, he also uses cards for battles and trapping his opponents, but those battles are through sex instead, and the only consequences are a good time.
