About: Anthony is an enfant terrible sculptor, known for his quirky antics and drunken misbehaviour. Despite his unorthodox manners, however, he is highly appreciated as an artist, with his sculptures being commissioned for millions of kobans. He is also known for his keen eye for talent, so he is usually on the look out for people to recruit into high society. Those that pass the "Kanowu test" are always held in high regard.
Parody Info: Koichi Kizakura (Danganronpa 3: The End of Hope's Peak High School)
Both Koichi and Anthony is blond, but Anthony's hair isn't ragged and his goatee is longer. Instead of a suit, Anthony wears a colorful jacket, the fedora is the same however. Him being a sculptor is most likely based on Angie Yonaga as Koichi is a teacher and a talent scout. Anthony being laid back and drunk is definitely based on him though.
