About: The AI program known as “Project BELA” was originally designed to perform various forms of instructional videos. However, the project was ultimately cancelled with the AI dumped on the web where he began streaming videos on his own, giving general advice for those on a tighter budget. Despite his lower budget videos, his streams are highly popular due to some of his more erotic sexual tutorials.
Bela's outfit is based on Kuzuha's ChroNoir Matching Idoul Outfit but is blue rather than black. He has red hair and fairly normal skin tone compared to Kuzuha who has white hair and has pale skin. Their bio is completely different however as Kuzuha is NEET vampire while Bela is an Artificial Intelligence.
