About: Chao is the leader and founder of the East Dynasty. A man with incredible strength and wits, he is a feared emperor who has a harsh side. Dominant by nature, Chao has a whole harem that caters to his exquisite taste and never-ending sex drive.

He's the spitting image of the emperor and his outfit is the same, but the coloring was inverted, with his red robe being black, and his black top was made red. Both his blindfold and pants have been colored black as well, and he is blond with blue streak on his hair. They have star-like pupils and centipede tattoos but Chao only has it in his face and back, while Qin Shi Huang's waist and legs are also tatted. Like Qin, Chao is an emperor that founded their own dynasty though his personality is more similiar to the historical emperor which is a dictator as emperor of Qin Dynasty in the RoR is more benevolent. Both men also participates in a tournament but unlike with Qin who's a battle to the death with King of the Underworld, Hades, Chao's battle is more about sex.
