About: Charlie is the brains of Totally Thighs Corp, a super secret and horny spy organization. Shy little Charlie takes his job very seriously and likes to get things done before having any fun but lately, he’s been working on his confidence and having more fun. Now, if he sees a good opportunity to get his ass rammed on the job, he will, as long as it doesn’t hinder the mission.

Unlike Arnold that is a regular student and a nerd, Charlie however is a spy, and wears a spy's outfit instead of either Arnold's school uniform or his outfit when posing as a superhero or when he became a Super Need. That said, both are still the smart, bespectacled men, though Charlie is blonde and has a liking for bondage.
