About: A seemingly meek and shy young man who grew up in the countryside and moved to the city, hoping for a more exciting life. Coming from a small village, his experience with different partners is limited and so is his experience with the machinations of a big town such as Begin City. Stunned from all the new experiences, he's eager to please and make new friends. A sweet boy like that surely doesn't have any dark secrets, am I right?
Parody Info: Mikado Ryuugamine (Durarara!!)
Chester has brown hair rather than black, and his school uniform is brown in color as well, instead of blue. Both are seemingly innocent men from the province who went to the city and in a search of a less dull life. Their dark secret is that they are actually a founder of their gangs, with Chester's group, Koban, is a direct reference to Mikado's Dollars gang. Chester can be a bit twisted as well, which is also a part of Mikado's secret personality.
