About: Once the best inventor at Totally Thighs Corp, a super secret and horny spy organization, Dextor's ego got the better of him. Now he keeps looking for ways to sabotage the organization and its spies but deep down, all he wants is to be accepted back and recognized for his talent, bizarre or not.
Parody Info: Tim Scam (Totally Spies!)
Dextor has blond hair rather than brown but otherwise, he looks the same, so is their outfit though for Dextor, his clothes under the cape isn't fully black. Like Tim, both are former spies of their organization who was removed and now returning to sabotage it. Both are also inventors but while Tim Scam creates weapons, Dextor creates sex gadgets instead.
