About: A patient from a sexual correction facility, Dr. Manic lost his memory after the facility was abandoned in an unknown incident and he now thinks he’s a doctor. In his delusion, he believes every man to be a patient in need of sexual relief. His methods to pleasure them, however, often exceed their limits, so it needs a mighty Hero to teach this hunk how to really treat a patient.

Dr. Manic's attire is based on Dr. Mundo's pre-Visual and Gameplay Update (VGU) look and not the updated one, which is the sleeveless restraining jacket; and with added black undershirt. Though Dr. Manic's hairstyle is more derived from the post-VGU one, and is silver, and they both have unusual skin colors, but for Dr. Manic, instead of purple, he is blue. Unlike Dr. Mundo that was experimented on and torture as a punishment for a petty crime, Dr. Mundo is likely in a facility for a sexual operation gone wrong and goes crazy and now think he's also a doctor. Said result turned both men to be large, walking mass of muscles, offering cure to what they think as patients, but unlike Dr. Mundo who's treatments are brutal and deadly, Dr. Manic's cure is instead pleasuring them using his new, chemically altered body.
