Born in an aristocratic family, he's been tutored from a young age how to appreciate money and efficiently make lots of them. Now he is one of the most successful men in the Haremverse. Everyone has had a piece of him, yet no one has managed to keep him.
He has a similar look to Doflamingo with tanned skin but with pink hair which is styled in bald fade. Instead of a feather coat, he wears a fur coat, but it is still pink in color, and his glasses is circular rather than curved. Being a variant of his World 12 appearance, Flamingo's poses and scenes relates to him going on a trip due to a pretty hot weather.
