Fumetsu's appearance is derived from Kenpachi's post-timeskip look as evident by his hair, Fumetsu also doesn't possess any scar nor tattoos, and he doesn't wear an eyepatch neither. His outfit is similar but with his shinigami outfit being white while the haori is red. Similar to Kenpachi, Fumetsu loves the good challenge that can make him all out, though in Fumetsu's case, it's definitely a naughty challenge.
