About: Ferris is a bounty hunter with the ability to manipulate chains and other rope-like objects to bind and tease his marks into orgasmic submission. His techniques will have you moaning and crying out for more until the pressure becomes too much to bear. Ferris has a penchant for tracking down bounties from the criminal underworld - the reason for this? Who can say?
This is probably an alt of Ferris, or maybe not. His outfit is not based on Kurapika but on Jacob Marley from A Christmas Carol, the ball chain is there as well. Ferris' physical features and backstory are based on Kurapika however, with similar red eyes and pretty look. He also manipulates chains and hunting criminals as his job.
