About: A hot, chaotic guy with mystery surrounding him. Until recently, even he was not fully aware that he is in fact a cyborg created by Dr. Balzac who mysteriously disappeared. Surprisingly, Harvey cares little about his past or his creator as he is far more focused on his chaotic but kinky ways, pleasing himself and those around him in quite eccentric ways.
Parody Info: Bryan Fury (Tekken 3)
Harvey's jacket is based on Bryan Fury's attire in Tekken 7, but is red, not green. Both are extremely chaotic individuals, as well as cyborgs, though if is unknown if Harvey is a military soldier in the past like Bryan. Dr. Balzac is referencing Dr. Abel, the mad scientist that turned the deceased Bryan into a cyborg, and he also disappeared. But unlikely Harvey who couldn't care less, Bryan however tracked him down and eventually killed him for failing to prolong his life. While Bryan eventually became more psychotic and more violent, Harvey appears to not as deranged as him, as he still pleases his men, albeit with chaotic ways.
