About: Iosef is a mad genius that studied gene splicing and hormonal influxes in order to find a way to control and trigger sex urges. When it was discovered he was using his college students as test subjects without them knowing and unleashed uncontrolled sex-crazed young men on campus, he disappeared from sight and no one heard of him for a while. He continues his obscene research in a secret lab and when he can't find someone to test his results, he willingly endorses the role of guinea pig. But he's always looking for guys to help him make weird science progress.

Iosef hair is black but with small strike of white on it, unlike Stein who's hair is completely white. Iosef's body having full of scars is similar to Stein who performed stitches on his body in the past. Just like the guy he's parodying, he's also a mad scientist but he doesn't have Stein's very sadistic and psychotic personality.
