About: Jazz comes from a distant future where music is outlawed, yet he’s always held a love for singing. As such, he developed a device which allows him to travel through time, to go to a time where he could make his dreams a reality. However, his technology is flawed, so each jump he makes through time leaves a temporary “echo” of himself - a glitch Jazz tends to take advantage of in his performances.

Unlike Ekko, Jazz appears to be a musician and his weapon, or instrument rather is a guitar, because Ekko uses a large clock hand. He has a moslty greenish color scheme, with green hair and outfit while Jazz has white hair and mostly dark clothes. They can manipulate time and definitely takes advantage of it a lot.
