Both are blue haired individuals, albeit Kazuo is more bluish, and chainmail bikini armors despite being a defensive character who is also in charge of security. Kazuo's armor is much darker compared to Izumi who is white. Kazuo lives on a rather cold region unlike Izumi's station which is much more breezy. Similar to Izumi, Kazuo also uses a shield in battle, though unlike Izumi who's shield fully covered him, Kazuo's shield only covered his body, and also needs sexual stimulation to be powered.
