Both men have dark hair, but the blue tips on the end of Zangetsu's hair is red for Koji. The red horn-looking part on Zangetsu's hair is now colored green. Rather than white, Koji's jacket is now black, and his pants is shorter. Koji is also using the same weapon that Zangetsu is using, being Izanami and Izanagi. Similar to Zangetsu in his desire to save Wadatsumi, albeit in a more extreme way, Koji is a man with strong desire to protect his own nation, and not extreme but sexually.
