Leo's outfit is really the only thing that makes him a parody of Dingo (not that he keeps it for very long). When it comes to his personality it is a complete 180 of Dingo's with being all happy go lucky, instead of being a bit snarky, and being more of a downer. He was popular in his crew in GH and in Zone of the Enders (till they died).
