About: Louis is a thief and is looking for a treasure that would be in a city at the bottom of the ocean. In order to find it, he has snuck inside the gargantuan submarine of the adventurer Admiral Parsifal. To avoid being caught, Louis is constantly playing hide and seek with him. He claims he doesn’t feel lonely, but he often has to release his pent-up sexuality on some lucky sailor.

Louis has an older appearance than Jean, with the added chin beard. He is also a thief instead of being an inventor, like Jean is known to be. His adventures seem to revolve around sex being a main front, unlike Jean who only gets a kiss from Nadia (well its the only thing shown on screen, while his epilogue is just told).
