Non-stop complaints from the people he's followed everywhere regularly get put him behind bars. But he always finds a way out...
Dex has a similar hair style to Dabi's, it's just white instead of black, his skin isn't stapled together and he doesn't have any purple skin or deep wrinkles (just purple bags under his eyes). He also shows more emotion then Dabi has ever portrayed and seems way more crazed. Dex's affection scenes relate to a mental patient/prisoner.
