He looks like Toji, just with purple hair. His shirt and pants' colors are swapped, and said pants has added dragon design. Maji lacks a Cursed Spirit that Toji has, being wrapped around his body. Both are extremely powerful individuals, and formerly a member of a well-established clan but left them due to having different standards. Similar to Toji, Maji can be moved by money and willing to do dirty works, but in context of GH, Maji can be indeed "dirty" with his clients. Toji's battle against Gojo is also referenced in his scenes but it's more kinky. Maji's weapons are based on tools Toji used, the Playful Cloud staff [and nunchuk], Inverted Spear of Heaven blade, and of course, a gun.
