About: Major Payne is a soldier from another world experienced in hand-to-hand combat. After being separated from his lover on a mission, he spent years searching for him. Thanks to a tip from Bunny, he has gained a clue to his whereabouts and has come to the Haremverse in hopes of being reunited with his lost love.
Parody Info: Guile (Street Fighter II)
He has the same hair as Guile and he also wears military shirt, though the tattoo in his arm is just a star, not an American flag. The guy on his last pose is a parody of Charlie Nash, Guile's best friend, that disappeared. Like Guile, Payne is searching for the guy, whom in GH, is his boyfriend.
