About: Originally assigned to the group as a form of detention while attending college, Masaru ended up voted the leader of the newly formed Scouts, a group devoted to helping men within the community. Despite being a troublemaker who exhibits none of the traits of being a proper Scout, Masaru takes his role in stride and has kept with it for years, being the best leader the group could have asked for.

Masaru's hair is green and rather than a school uniform, he's wearing a jacket. It also appears that he doesn't have any demonic properties his source have. He's a delinquent like Tatsumi but is given a job to take care of something, and instead of a baby, Masaru became an appointed leader of the Scouts, and he's actually quite good at it.
