About: Naoki is a self-proclaimed lover of man, though in reality, that isn’t quite accurate, as he prefers to study and toy with men’s bodies and minds, using them as he sees fit. Though there’s one man this sadistic individual loves toying with more than any other, his rival Yuhei. The two don’t get along and can often be found in town working out their issues in heated affairs.

Naoki has brown hair rather than black, and being an alt of his one-star base, his outfit isn't exactly the same here, but some inspirations was taken. Naoki being a lover of men is a reference Izaya being a lover of humanity. Both are manipulative men but Naoki's methods is kinky, and less villainous. He has rivalry to Yuhei, mirroring Izaya's relationship with Shizou.
