About: Melvin is a mercenary with the S.T.R.I.P. (Special Target Resolution and International Pacifying) unit. He has been promoted there after his outstanding first year at the Haremverse Police Department when he was eighteen, and the job is his life. His day-to-day consists of flying to different parts of the world and defusing volatile situations. As a matter of fact, he even kept his former police uniform. He gets none of the credit, since his unit operates in total secrecy. He loves anonymous sex as a personal reward.
Melvin's appearance is basically Leon's just with dildo weapons, a different colored outfit, and he has orange hair instead of brown. A big difference is the unit Melvin is on (S.T.R.I.P.), doesn't appear to be a unit Leon was ever even associated with (S.T.A.R.S.). His way of moving up the ranks is similar to Leon's own quick assent in is introduction game RE2. They both have a similar personality in risking they're life to save someone, or to stop the problem/ infection, even when they are told not to.
